1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a maintenance plan or using the services of Yohoster, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all merchants, clients, and users of the site.
2. Specialist Service Definition
Yohoster provides senior level engineering, infrastructure management, and technical troubleshooting for WordPress and WooCommerce. We are a boutique consultancy, not a high volume call center. Our value is based on 15 plus years of senior specialist experience and deep work focus.
3. Asynchronous Communication Standard
To ensure the highest level of technical precision, Yohoster operates on an asynchronous first communication model.
- No Phone Support: We do not provide phone based support or real time chat.
- Triage Process: All requests must be submitted via the client portal or designated email.
- Response Protocol: Every request is reviewed directly by a Senior Engineer. We prioritize accuracy and thorough resolution over superficial speed.
4. Client Responsibilities
To perform engineering tasks effectively, clients must:
- Provide valid access via the ManageWP Worker protocol or encrypted SSH/SFTP credentials.
- Maintain an active subscription for the duration of the service.
- Ensure that third party developers do not make unauthorized changes to the production environment while an audit or repair is in progress.
5. Fees and Automatic Billing
- Service Tiers: Plans are billed at the rates specified at the time of purchase ($79, $199, or $499 monthly, or the equivalent annual rate).
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through your account portal, but refunds are not provided for partial months.
- Overages: Content assistance or “Task Time” exceeding your plan’s monthly allotment is billed at a preferred rate of $125 per hour, invoiced in 15 minute increments.
6. Technical Limitations and Warranties
While we use enterprise grade protocols to optimize and secure your site, no security measure is 100% impenetrable. Yohoster does not guarantee that a site will never experience downtime or a security breach. We do guarantee that if an issue occurs, it will be handled with senior level priority and expertise.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your website content and data. Yohoster retains rights to any custom code snippets, internal frameworks, or specialized logic developed to manage your infrastructure, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing for custom development projects.
8. Termination of Service
Yohoster reserves the right to terminate service if a site is used for illegal activities, or if a client’s environment poses a significant security risk to our wider infrastructure. Clients may terminate service at any time by cancelling their subscription.
9. Limitation of Liability
Yohoster, LLC is not liable for lost revenue, data loss, or indirect damages resulting from technical failures beyond our direct control, including third party plugin conflicts or hosting hardware failures.
